About DEALHELP.ORG
Hi, I’m Andrew. I've worked with over 175 car dealers and want to help you make an educated purchase.
Along the way, I started noticing a pattern - some consumers weren’t getting the transparency or fairness they deserved. From confusing financing terms to questionable add-ons, too many people were walking away from deals they didn’t fully understand.
That’s why we’re building a non-profit dedicated to auditing vehicle purchasing and financing agreements before they're signed. Our goal is simple: to give everyday buyers a clear, unbiased second opinion so they can make confident, informed decisions.
No pressure. No hidden agendas. Just clarity when it matters most.
HOW IT WORKS
We've made it really easy to get a second opinion on your deal.
01
Upload Purchase Agreement
Upon submission of your sales and/or financing agreement, you'll get a message from an Agent named Karen at DealHelp.org. They will confirm your application and ensure all is legible for review.
02
15-Minute Paperwork Review
Karen will reply within 15-minutes from confirmation with a set of notes about your agreement. This may include unnecessary fees, third-party products, and add-ons that you may be unaware of.
03
Consumer Removal Request
Karen will reply with a set of notes you can share with your dealer prior to signing. This may include a removal request, warnings, or complete notice of fraud detected with reasoning for your review.

Frequently asked questions
Are document fees and insurance add-ons mandatory?
No, extra fees and third-party additions are never mandatory. For example, Toyota Canada states on their website; A Toyota Dealership is free to set its own selling price for Toyota products and services. Dealer may sell for less. Dealer Fees of up to $999.00.
Do I have to finance the car from the dealership?
No, you never have to finance the vehicle you're purchasing directly via the dealership. You may pay cash using your Line of Credit or a Personal Loan. You may also arrange financing from your local Bank or Credit Union. There are also multiple lenders available whom will simply request a Bill of Sale from you to complete the loan.
If I signed already, can I still remove the insurance add-ons?
Yes, you may contact your Finance Manager and request they cancel your third-party insurance. If they refuse, contact the insurance provider and request a cancellation. Dealers often state a deal will not proceed if third-party products are not accepted. This is illegal and a lie.
